Hindu pilgrims of the Indian subcontinent comes to Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad) 'Kumbha Mela ' for a holy dip at 'Triveni Sangam' ( meeting point of river Ganges , Yamuna & Saraswati) to gain blessings from the almighty .
Since my childhood I've heard of 'Kumbha Mela' through the articles of newspapers , television news , cinema & from Bengali literature ; until 2019. When I managed to pay a visit , I tried to document the daily life of pilgrims at 'Kumbha Mela' .
